Arguably the most important part of any digital experience is what the user actually sees: the front-end. It’s what you create. Doing this well is not just a matter of having great programming skills. You also need to have a keen eye for aesthetics, composition and motion concepts. You have to be skilled, smart and creative at the same time. Like a cross-over between Alan Turing and Bob Ross.
Our development team is an integral part of a much bigger creative team. Working directly with graphic and motion designers, UX specialists, creatives and projects managers we have technology and creativity go hand in hand to achieve greatness. Some standard buzzwords for this role would be: hands-on, team player, communication skills and client facing. Which basically means that, next to the actual front end work, we also expect you to collaborate seamlessly with the team and present your work to clients.
Every project is unique. But really. Our experiences, campaigns and services are generally very visual but often also feature an elaborate architecture and business logic. With your team you’ll be working on polished web experiences, WebGL shaders, games and mobile solutions (a.o.) for brands like Polestar, Philips, Lotus, T-Mobile, Ahold Delhaize and Red Bull.
Also (we might be biased on this) we have a very unbiased culture. We’re a diverse group of people with very little ego but a shared drive to create great things.
